How to Use

1. Turn On the Device: Long-press the ON/OFF button to power on the device. The red LED lights will activate automatically (Mode 1).

2. Select Your Mode:
Mode 1: Red LED only (default on start)
Mode 2: Press the Heat button to add heating. Adjust with -/+ buttons.
Mode 3: While Heat is on, press the Vibration button to activate all three functions (Red LED + Heat + Vibration).
Mode 4: Red LED + Vibration (without Heat)

3. Glide Across Skin: Gently glide the rose quartz head across clean skin on your face, forehead, or around the eyes (not on eyelids) for about 15-20 minutes per session.

Auto Shut-Off: The device automatically powers off after 15 minutes for safety.
