At Jelessi, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, because customer experience is our top priority. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your product, please feel free to initiate a product exchange (of your choice) within 30 days of purchase. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds at this time.
Please contact the original vendor where you purchased your Jelessi product and bring your product along in its original packaging, as well as your purchase receipt.
If your product was purchased online, please contact our customer service center at 1-877-263-5559, during work hours (Monday – Thursday: 9 am – 5 pm and Friday: 9 am – 3:30 pm) to initiate product exchange.
Notes on Products for Exchanges:
- Products must be returned in original packaging and include all accessories, user guides, certification, and accessories.
- Products must be returned with a purchase receipt within 30 days of purchase.
- Products that have been damaged or defaced are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Any additional charges (e.g. postage) will be incurred at the customer’s expense.
- Products that are damaged, delayed or lost in transit are the sole responsibility of the customer. Jelessi is not responsible for the return parcel and its contents until it arrives on Jelessi premises safely.
- Please use postage tracking if you are returning a purchased product via mail.
